When you arrive
If you are likely to arrive after 6:00 pm, please call reception on your arrival day with your expected time of arrival.
No arrivals after 8:00 pm to ensure the comfort of all guests staying on site.
All visitors to the touring park, even for a short while, must report to reception on arrival. The park rules apply to all visitors.
The reception staff will allocate you a pitch. Please site your accommodation within the boundary of your designated pitch.
Cars are to be parked within your own pitch with respect for other guests.
No equipment or cars are to be parked on the amenity grass between hard standings.
Personal conduct onsite
Social gatherings, barbecues and outside entertaining must finish by 10:00 pm.
Please respect the privacy of other people staying at Bank End Waters and keep noise to a minimum, with absolute quiet between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Alcoholic drinks may only be consumed in and around the immediate vicinity of your accommodation. No drinking is allowed in the communal areas of the park.
Use of unlawful drugs in your own accommodation or anywhere on the park is a criminal offence and will lead to the immediate termination of your booking.
Please respect other people’s pitches, and do not cut across them.
Guests are expected to maintain a clean and tidy area around their pitch at all times.
Anyone who persistently acts in a manner likely to upset other users of the park or our staff will be asked to leave, unless they adhere to these park rules.
Firearms, air rifles and dangerous weapons are not permitted in the park.
Fireworks and Chinese lanterns are not permitted under any circumstances.
The use of drones / video cameras is not permitted (in the interest of guest privacy) without prior consent from Bank End Waters management.
Vehicles & driving
Vehicle speed in the park is a maximum of 10 mph; pedestrians and cyclists have priority.
Electric car charging is not permitted on pitches or using power from your accommodation.
Rubbish & recycling
All rubbish must be disposed of in the bin / recycling area. Please recycle your waste in the correct bins.
Dogs
When fouling occurs, you are required to bag and dispose of it responsibly. There are dog litter bins in the park.
Noisy dogs or those that persistently disturb other users of the caravan park will be requested to be removed from the park.
Dogs are not to be left unattended so as to cause inconvenience to other park users.
Dogs may not be taken into the washrooms.
Fires
Please familiarise yourself with the position of the fire extinguishers.
Upon hearing the fire alarm, please proceed to your nearest fire assembly point, avoiding the area of the fire.
In the event of a fire in a caravan, motorhome, etc., all neighbouring accommodation within a minimum 40 metre radius of a fire must be vacated immediately.
Safety
Clothes lines are a safety hazard, particularly after dark, and therefore are not permitted in the park. Window racks and airers are allowed.
