Our optional cancellation scheme will cover you for the majority of reasons for having to cancel your holiday (excluding Pandemic or Epidemic).

Refunds WITH the Cancelation Plan Cover

• If you cancel giving 8 days or more notice before the arrival date > 100% refund (minus the cancellation plan charge)
• If you cancel giving 7 days or less notice before the arrival date > 50% refund (minus the cancellation plan charge)

Example: 10 night stay at £27 per night = £270.00 + Cancelation Plan £2.25 per night = £22.50 // TOTAL £292.50

• Cancel outside of 8 days > 100% refund £292.50 – £22.50 = £270.00
• Cancel inside of 7 days > 50% refund £146.25 – £22.50 = £123.75
